Regina Marathon Canoe Club is proud to partner with Wascana Centre to offer this Picnic and Paddle. Participants will be paddling together in groups of 6 to 8 in a 26’ Voyageur Class Canoe or our “Made-in-Saskatchewan” Kisseynew Kisiskâciwan SK2 Canoes from the Marina to Willow Island.

Paddlers will be led by the Regina Marathon Canoe Club. All participants will be provided personal flotation devices (PFD), single blade canoe paddles, facility safety briefing and learn general concepts in propelling a canoe.
During the paddle, participants will also learn how canoeing has played was a pivotal role in shaping Canada.
